Bergamasque is a vocal ensemble gathering high level singers who put in common their passion and energy to serve the best they can a vocal unaccompanied repertoire.

Together, they wish to promote the discovery of a not so well known repertoire and to work out the suitable vocal colours for its performance. Bergamasque has with this state of mind explore the depth of the universes of french melody (Le Jeune, Alain, Poulenc, Ravel, Machuel), of music from national inspiration from Nordic Countries (Rautavaara, Tormis, Sandström, Pärt), Eastern Europe (Ligeti, Kodaly), and Africa (Schanderl).
